Is going into business a Conscious Discussion?

Each original business discussion is an exercise in conscious attainment. When a person makes a conscious discussion to go into business, he/she becomes committed to its’ defined concepts. If the business is without form, it is conceptual and drawn from outside energy into consciousness. The conscious mind entertains the inspiration as an idea then transforms it into material form that is transferable from mind to mind. Each step becomes a process of emotion and inspiration. Some tout technique as an important ingredient but in reality any business endeavor is ten percent inspiration and ninety percent perspiration. Technique is only a degree of performance which takes many hours of preparation before execution. True, masters of skill also master technique in their application.

The principles of business is liken to learning a new language or music or any of the arts. Business is an art form, consistent in its’ nature and constant in its’ principles. As an athletic masters the sport, a business person must also master their endeavor. They must know their business inside and out for in doing so, they will develop a passion for their new enterprise.

Because there are known guidelines that drive business energy it is a goal directed discipline. While goals are significant, preparation is still essential. One cannot strive toward a goal without preparing for the challenge. Preparation is the difference between success and failure. I can’t say this enough. Once one has made a conscious discussion to become self employed he/she must prepare, prepare, prepare, get the basics down first, master the design and conquer task.

First there must be a concept, Second there must be desire, third there must be knowledge, forth there must be commitment.

1.Concept – idea or enlightenment

2. Desire – passion, love

3. Knowledge – realization, learning the rules

4. Commitment – completion

These four elements are the backbone of the business principle package. It would be impossible to succeed without developing a complete package for success. While each element contains its possibilities and challenges each may be faced in part or whole as a means toward completion. Keep in mind, concept stems from the mind and usually contains something familiar to the individual but even so, ideas must be executable in order to be obtainable. No concept or idea is worth anything if it not obtainable. It is merely imagination and not possible. Concepts originate within a mind contains the elements of information, emotion, ethics, and integrity which enables it into form.

It makes no difference if a person is walking dogs or building rockets, the principles are the same. The end result must justify or satisfy the concept of its’ own action. All material things are provided, all thought is laced with wisdom, each element of the process is simply a part that inner-connects to another part. Like a bridge or building, each part provides the energy to assist another part in its role.

Business is designed to be a whole.

Business is a constant by nature. The possibilities existed before its’ inception into a business plan. This universal principle is perfect in nature when discovered by man. Man is a qualifying element in the process of extraction prefect concept into unfulfillable thought which is only enabled by man. Man seeks perfection in Nature which holds him/her a standard derived my him/herself. Each business contains within itself the elements of its’ own completion. It’s man’s search for perfection that clouds his/her reasoning for change in every created thing. All things are subject to change. Inspiration is the basic cause for the urge of Man to seek perfection through change. Business becomes the playing field of changing perception which is today; points toward what will be tomorrow.

It is necessary to learn techniques for mastery in every stage of business. Without that technique it is as impossible for you to succeed as it is for the musician to be a great master without aligning all notes into a playable symphony. Each part or element brings another into harmony with its’ own continuance.

The reason many people can’t deal with starting a business is because they can’t focus on doing it. They are unprepared, unwilling, and unforgiving. They are unwilling to pay the price of business success. They don’t want to sacrifice themselves because they can’t muster enough passion for the job. That’s why only a select few are self-employed. How about you, are you up to the challenge?

Rap: Urban Music Going Suburban

Whether you perceive rap as a musical art form or fad you wish would just fade away, there’s no denying the impact it’s had on the American musical scene. With its explosive lyrics and supercharged rhythms, rap burst onto the musical radar in the late 1970′s and early 1980′s. As it grew, combining deejaying with emceeing and break dancing, rap evolved into an entirely new genre known as hip hop. However, at its heart, rap music was essentially the work of inner city youths addressing the troubles and concerns associated with urban life.

Rap can be traced back to West African singers/storytellers called the Griots. However, in the United Sates, the genre got its start in the Bronx, New York, when the exiting middle class immigrants and their businesses were replaced by poor black and Hispanic families. Accompanying these poor people were crime, drug addiction, and unemployment. It seemed like overnight street gangs appeared on every corner of the Bronx. At the same time, “Times were changing,” according to Henry A. Rhodes of the Yale New Haven Teachers Institute, “with the advent of the seventies people were getting into music and dancing and going to clubs.” The first person to bring rap to the clubs was Cool Herc, a Jamaican immigrant whose style of spinning records led to the development of break dancing. Other American DJ’s contributed to the rap scene. These included Theodor, who developed the technique known as “scratching,” which involved the DJ spinning a record backwards and forwards very fast while the needle was in the groove, and George Saddler, known as Grandmaster Flash, who was an expert at “punch phasing.” Another American deejay, Afrika Bambaataa, tried to replace gang rumbles and drugs with rap, dance, and the ‘Hip Hop’ style.

Today, says Rhodes: “Even though rap is proportionally more popular among blacks, its primary audience is white and lives in the suburbs.” He notes that the more rappers are packaged as violent black criminals, the bigger the white audiences become. “I do not think anyone can account for the popularity of rap to a white audience no more than one could account for the popularity of the black entertainment in the ‘speakeasies’ to the white audiences of the late 1920s and 1930s,” says Rhodes, “other than the attraction which exists for something that is taboo or forbidden by one’s social group.” According to Rhodes, Run-D.M.C. was the first black rap group to break through to a mass white audience with their albums, Run-D.M.C and King of Rock, both produced by a white, Jewish punk rocker named Rick Rubin. Some critics have argued that with the influence of whites on the rap music scene, it is only a matter of time before rap starts to lose its popularity in the black community goes out of style. Rhodes disagrees. “I believe that rap music can withstand the influence of other (ethnic/social) groups and still remain popular and flourish.” Some consider that a blessing, others a curse.

Norway also gave rise to both the Oslo Gospel Choir and the Ansgar Gospel Choir.

The Influences of Gospel

The trendy pop music had greatly influenced the gospel artists. In turn, gospel music has also influenced the rhythm and blues singers of the 1940s up to the 1950s.

Gospel music has reached the peek of its popularity. Until now, several other gospel musical artists are gaining their own fame for the genre and a lot other patrons are getting drawn on them.
